Bushey Academy (The)

This is an academy mixed sex secondary school.

Rule 1: Looked After children, and children who were looked after and then adopted, or subject to a special guardianship order or residence order.

Rule 2:  Children who have a brother* or sister* who will be at the school when the applicant is admitted. * A sibling means the sister, brother, half brother, half sister, adopted brother or sister, or child of the parent or partner, and in every case living in the same house from Monday to Friday. Proof of the sibling relationship will be required if a place is offered.

Tiebreak: Straight line distance (closest children take priority).

Rule 3: The remaining places will be allocated on the basis of the shortest straight line distance from home to the front door of the academy as measured by Hertfordshire CC's GIS system.

Tiebreak: Random allocation.

NOTES

Children from multiple births will be considered as individual children.
