NOTES

1. For the purposes of this policy, sibling is a brother or sister, half-brother or –sister, foster-brother or –sister who lives in the same property.

2. Where the application of the above criteria results in a situation where there are more children with an equal right to admission to the school than the number of available places, the tie-break will be distance from the school, measured using the computerised mapping system operated by the LA as described in the Under 11s booklet.

3. The school follows the policy of Hertfordshire County Council on looked-after children and children with statements of SEN. Children with a full Statement of educational needs, nominating Christ Church CofE (VA) Primary School and Nursery will automatically be offered a place.

4. In addition to the online or paper form, please complete a supplementary information form (SIF) for this school. SIFs are available from the school and at www.hertsdirect.org
