Admission rules for Beaumont School

This is an academy mixed-sex secondary school. Specialist status: Language, Maths and Computing. 

RULES

1. Children in Public Care and children previously looked after but who ceased to be so because they were adopted or became subject to a residence order or a special guardianship order.

2. Exceptional medical or social need. Children for whom it can be demonstrated that they have a compelling medical or social reason for attending the school.

3. Sibling. Children with a sibling already at the school at the time of application unless the sibling is in Year 13.

4. Children of staff.

5. Children who live in the priority admission area for whom it is their nearest Hertfordshire maintained school or academy that is non- faith, co-educational and non-partially selective.

6. Children who live in the priority admission area who live nearest to the school.

7. Children living outside the priority area (tie breaker: distance).
