All Saints CE VA Primary School (Datchworth)

This is a voluntary aided mixed-sex primary school.

RULE 1. Children who are in public care or children who were previously looked after and then adopted, or subject to a special guardianship or residence order.

RULE 2. Children who have a siblings who attends the school. 

RULE 3. Children whose home address at the time of application lies within the Ecclesiastical Parish of Datchworth (a map is available in the school office or online at www.achurchnearyou.com)

RULE 4. Children whose home address is outside the area as defined in Category 3 above, one or more of whose parents has shown commitment to the Church of England by attending a church service at least once in every calendar month for 1 year prior to any application being made at a Church of England or other Christian Church. Applicants in this category will need to ask their priest or minister to complete the church section of the SIF

RULE 5. Children of staff at the school. 

RULE 6: Any other children

Tiebreaker: straight line distance from the school (closest children will take priority).

The Governors are required to admit a pupil with a Statement of Special Educational Needs, or EHC Plan, which names the school.
