Rule 1: Catholic children looked after and Catholic children who were looked after and then immediately adopted or subject to a residence or special guardianship order.

Rule 2: Baptised Catholic children with a sibling at John F Kennedy Catholic School, where the sibling will still be in attendance at the time of admission.

Rule 3: Practising Baptised Catholic children from St. Cuthbert Mayne, St. Albert the Great and St. Thomas More Schools.

Rule 4: Other practising Baptised Catholic children.

Rule 5: Other Baptised Catholic children.

Rule 6: Other children looked after and children who were looked after and then immediately adopted or subject to a residence or special guardianship order.

Rule 7: Other children with a sibling at John F Kennedy Catholic School, where the sibling will still be in attendance at the time of admission. 

Rule 8: Other children from St. Cuthbert Mayne, St. Albert the Great and St. Thomas More Schools. 

Rule 9: Children from other Christian families (supported by confidential written confirmation of commitment to their faith from a minister, with Baptismal Certificate where applicable.)

Rule 10: Children from other faith backgrounds whose parents wish them to have a Catholic education (supported by confidential written confirmation of commitment to their faith from a religious leader).

Rule 11: Any other applicants.

Tie-break: In the event of the Governors being unable to admit all the applicants in a particular category, the straight line distance measurement provided by Hertfordshire County Council’s GIS system as outlined in the Moving On/Under 11s publications, shall be the determining factor in offering admission.
