School: Stapleford Primary School (C of E)
Address: Church Lane Stapleford Hertford Hertfordshire SG14 3NB
Telephone: 01992 583341
Age range: 3-11
This is a voluntary aided mixed-sex primary school.
RULE 1. Looked after and previously looked after children at the time of admission.
RULE 2. Children who have a sibling in the school at the time of entry.
RULE 3. Children of families who live in our three ecclesiastical parishes of Stapleford, Bramfield and Waterford and whose family (parents and children) has attended any Christian church at least once a month for the year prior to the admission cut off date (a letter from the priest/minister/vicar may be requested to support this).
RULE 4. Children of parents living within the ecclesiastical parishes of Stapleford, Bramfield and Waterford.
RULE 5. Any other children.
In the event of there being over-subscription in categories 2, 3 and 4 the determining factor in that category will be the geographical proximity of the home address to the nearest of the three churches named above, measured by straight line to the entrance door. Those under category 5 will be measured by the geographical proximity of the home address to the front door of the school, again measured by straight line. These measurements will be made by the admitting authority, ie the governors.
Where this distance measurement results in more than one child having an identical claim to the last available place as a result of living in flats, priority will be given to the lowest house number.
In addition to our online or paper form, please complete a supplementary information form (SIF) for this school. SIFs are available from the school and at www.hertsdirect.org
The Governors have a duty to give overriding priority to a child with a Statement of Educational Needs which names the school.
